 The Red Hat Reopens on Waterfront
The Red Hat has found a new home at One Bridge Street, directly on the waterfront, and the views are amazing. Red Hat on the River Proprietors Jim Parker and Mary Beth Dooley have recreated the Red Hat dining experience featuring their classic French bistro menu, 1930's-style retro decor and warm and welcoming atmosphere and service, only on a grander scale with stunning views of the Hudson. Weekend Cooking Class, Thanksgiving at Le Chambord
Vintage Hudson Valley Inn to Inn Cooking Vacations, soon to be featured in an upcoming issue of Cooking Light, resumes next July. Todd Shapera Photography Workshop in Costa Rica
Omega Institute for Holistic Studies will host photo-journalist Todd Shapera's one-week workshop on the lush grounds of Sueno Azul, Costa Rica, March 8-15. The non-technical workshop, "Personal Vision, Distant Journey" will focus on developing participants creative vision. The workshop features photography outings to local villages, in the rainforest, on eco-adventures, and on Sueno's grounds with junglepaths and waterfalls.
