Since opening its doors to the public on May 5, 2005, Serevan has emerged as one of the best restaurants in the Hudson Valley. Serge Madikian's creativity and passion, along with his distinctive use of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors, continue to win him high praise. Bernadette Vail of Hudson Valley Magazine called Serevan "A Culinary Masterpiece"; Poughkeepsie Journal's Daniel Mochone identified it as "...a Blend of the Exotic, Eclectic and Extraordinary..." Serevan Restaurant was named one of the "Top Ten Restaurants in the Hudson Valley" list by the Poughkeepsie Journal.
