Don't miss VHV's final cooking class of the Winter 2010 series, which coincides with the kickoff of Valley Restaurant's new season at The Garrison, an historic golf course and inn, just 30 minutes north of Tarrytown, NY in the beautiful Hudson Highlands.

Award-winning Chefs Brandon Collins and Vincent Mocarski III will teach their favorite recipes during a two-hour class followed by an elegant four-course meal and wine pairing in Valley's contemporary dining room.
