2010 Winter Cooking Weekends
Saturday mornings from 10:30 am
Chefs spice up winter weekends as they
teach their favorite cold-weather dishes

Featuring:
January 23 - Chef Dale Andrews at The Rhinecliff
February 20 - Chef David Haviland at Equus at Castle on the Hudson (sold out)
March 20 - Chef Brandon Collins and Chef Vincent Mocarski III
of Valley at The Garrison

Looking for a way to combat the winter blues? Don your aprons and prepare for a feast. From the Hudson River's most beautiful perches -- Rhinecliff, Garrison, and Tarrytown of Washington Irving fame -- Vintage Hudson Valley offers three enticing Saturdays to savor.

Come for the day or make it a weekend affair. Fun and instructive, VHV Winter Cooking Classes run approximately two hours and are followed by an elegant four-course meal and wine pairing in the cozy dining room of an historic inn. Award-winning chefs at The Rhinecliff, Valley and Castle on the Hudson teach favorite recipes and demonstrate distinctive culinary styles in the comfort of their own kitchens. Classes are limited to 14 students, most of whom come from throughout the United States and Canada.

Accommodations are not included in the course fee. Cost is $160 per person for one cooking class, and includes tax and gratuities. Preference is given to series subscribers. Customized classes are available upon request.

To make a reservation, and for help with accommodations, including student discounts at Vintage Hudson Valley Inns, call 914-591-4503, or e-mail esther@vintagehudsonvalley.com.
