Before I even left Seattle, Vintage Hudson Valley was incredibly helpful giving me all sorts of ideas to increase my enjoyment while visiting. My stay at the Le Chambord was a pleasure: the rooms were large and quiet, and Roy, the proprietor, always put a personal touch to everything. He made me feel as though I was the only guest. Each class was different and fun, and the chefs all had a wonderful sense of humor. The food and wine were outstanding! I left with not just a few recipies but a better understanding on how to prepare food and present it in a much more professional way. The group of people that I was with in the class all became friends. I honestly cannot tell you how to improve this experience other than I wished it was longer. Thank you!
