Payment is due at the time of registration. To attend a VHV Cooking Vacation or Class, please return this form with your payment to:

Classes are limited to 10-12 students and reservation preference is given to series subscribers. Cost includes instruction, materials, gourmet lunch, wine and gratuities. Payment is due at the time of registration. Accommodations are NOT included in course fee, but most Vintage Hudson Valley inns offer significant discounts to students. Call (914) 591-4503 for help with accommodations.

Refund Policy
A full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee will be given to students who inform VHV in writing at least 3 months before the start of a class. Afterwards, no refunds will be given, however, students may apply their tuition to an upcoming class, provided they notify VHV within 3 weeks before the start of the class in which they first registered. If you are not able to attend a class, we recommend that you find a substitute. Students will receive a full refund if the class is canceled by VHV due to inclement weather or insufficient numbers. Vintage Hudson Valley is not liable for nonrefundable airline tickets or any other expense incurred by the participant. Gift certificates are good up to 12 months after the issue date. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
