About Chutney Masala Indian Bistro
The name Chutney Masala is derived from two important Indian ingredients. Chutney (from the Hindi "chatni") is a traditional condiment made from fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices, and we make our own. Masala is a blend of fresh herbs, spices and aromatics. We grind spices in-house to make our own special blends.
Chutney Masala Bistro's Executive Chef, Navyot Arora, understands that great food begins with the finest, freshest ingredients. We use natural, free-range meats, wild-caught fish, and the freshest, locally-grown fruits and vegetables. We cook in an authentic tandoori clay oven, which produces moist, flavorful and healthy cuisine.
The Raj Era British fell in love with India's unique, aromatic food. Chutney Masala Bistro's 2-story interior is a contemporary tribute to the Raj Era, with saffron walls, gleaming dark wood, plush banquettes and striking Raj Era photography.
